Tartan Day At The Legislature

Thursday, April 6th, 10 am – 2pm

Location: Nevada Legislature Bldg Foyer (first floor) near the front entrance.

Purpose: To celebrate Tartan Day with Nevada Legislators, Lobbyists and LCB Staff

 

History: This has been a long standing tradition pre-pandemic and it was established in the late 90s with the Tartan Day Resolution and the establishing of the State Tartan. The Society displays their literature, genealogy reference books, and offers short bread. Weapons must be checked in with the Legislative Police

 

Assemblywoman Natha Anderson of Sparks and others will introduce a Proclamation
during the floor session starting at 11 am
