Nevada Society of Scottish Clans will host a family day of mini golf in Lake Tahoe at Kings Beach Miniature Golf. Join us on this special day in celebration of Scottish heritage. Cost is $15 per golfer on site day of event. No reservations required. A family-owned miniature golf course located in gorgeous downtown Kings Beach, California.

The Kirkin’ of the Tartans is a service that started in the United States during WW2 by the Rev. Peter Marshall, who was the Chaplain to the U.S. Congress. The tradition continues and we look forward each year to this service where we can share our heritage with one another by bringing a piece of our tartan to the service for the blessing. It is a celebration of our heritage and a celebration of one of the symbols of that heritage . . . the tartan.

Northern Nevada Celtic Ceilidh
Reno Brewery District
Join us monthly for our Gathering of the Clans
NSSC will host a tent at the Ceilidh, where we will help attendees discover their family tartan, pass out shortbread, and share information about the Society. The festival will be held inside of and in the shared parking lot of Black Rabbit Mead Company, Lead Dog Brewing and Nevada Sunset Winery (401-415 E Fourth Street, Reno, NV 89512).
Sons & Daughters of Erin will hold the Northern Nevada Celtic Ceilidh in the Reno Brewery District of Downtown Reno. The event is free and features headliners Peter Daldry, Golden Bough and the local Reeling Banshees, as well as local Celtic entertainers, clans and vendors.
